What is your returns / refund policy?

We do not offer refunds or returns on items bought in person in our office

 

For items purchased over the phone or online we do offer the standard SEVEN day cooling off period where by the customer is entitled to a full refund (excluding shipping charges and return charge pay by buyer), no questions asked but we will expect the items same condition we sent ALSO WE WILL ASK A PHOTO OF THE ITEMS BEFORE SENT US..
