Because these items are vintage could be some small marks or scuffs that we did not notice.
However, we try to add 16 photos to support the condition of the items.

Where are you located and what are your opening hours?

Our Office is located at 23 D -G Lombard Road Wimbledon, London, SW19 3TZ.

We also do store our items in that location.

We also currently rent a space for showroom in KINGSTON ANTIQUE CENTRE

SOME OUR ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW AND PURCHASE THERE.

What type payments do you accept?

Our website currently work with pay-pal.

That doesn't mean you do need a paypal account. No you do not. Paypal accept credit card , debit card payments with no problem. It is safe and secure.

Other alternatives are Bank transfer to our company account.

We also sell on, Vinterior, Pamono and Etsy but this websites do charge a commission and we will need add this commision on some items top of the Asking Price.

What type of sales do you do?

We do two type of sales on contract

Type 1 Items we own

Type 2 Commission sales for items originally still belong to owners. This sales made by contract and for more info please e-mail us info@galleryw19.com

Do you buy furniture from private sellers?

Yes, we do but it is depend on a item ,condition and price. If you think that you have something suitable for us and you would like to sell Please email us with photographs of your item to get the ball rolling.

Reserving Items

Because of the nature of business we are dealing, we do not reserve items.

Do you deliver?

Furniture : Yes , We arrange a men and van courier for large items

The courier we work with go up to Scotland and prices by location and size of the item.

Price of the delivery depend on item size. Set of 6 dining chairs would be around £60- £70

Please Note: We do not take a payment for Men And Van Courier. They will need to pay directly themselves on delivery

Small Items such as Pottery, Glass , Objects and Some Lighting that can be send by Parcel Courier.

Nationwide: We use Next Day Recorded Signed For Courier , Please do ask us a price with items.

Some items can not be send with parcel courier such as Brown bitossi lamps. They do not show their size but they are around 60 cm h.

This items have to be send by Men and van courier.

International Delivery

It is vary by Country to country and size of the item, So please do contact with us for quote.We use I tracked international postage services depend on your location.

Packaging Charges are including prices.

We try to use recycled packaging Supply but this is sometimes not enough for make our items safe traveling to you. That reason we also buy packaging supply.

All items are can also be collected our Warehouse location with Appointment.

What is your returns / refund policy?

We do not offer refunds or returns on items bought in person in our warehouse or shop space in KINGSTON ANTIQUE CENTRE..

For items purchased over the phone or online we do offer the standard SEVEN day cooling off period where by the customer is entitled to a full refund (excluding shipping charges and return charge pay by buyer), no questions asked but we will expect the items same condition we sent.

If item did Personalise for buyer , such as new upholstery we do not accept return or we do not do refund.

Are your items new or second hand ?

The majority of our inventory is original Vintage , Antique And Mid-20th Century Design dating from the 19th century through to the 2000's. All vintage items are sourced from their original owners or our trips to Belgium, Germany And other European countries .We also carry a select range of contemporary used designer furniture sourced from their First owners.

There are some brand new items but they all stated with BRAND NEW tag in our listings.

Do you offer a sourcing service?

We currently do not offer sourcing service.

Do you offer an upholstery service?

Re upholstery is a very personal. We can offer this service but once items are upholstered they become un refundable. So we do not offer upholstery service at the moment.

What care products do you recommend for wood / leather?

With regards to product care at home we can recommend Lord Sheraton furniture polish for darker woods (teak and rosewood). For lighter woods (beech and oak) you should only ever use a damp cloth or Mr. Sheen. For leather care, we recommend “4-Way" leather conditioner by Fiebling’s.
