We believe this item is professionally polished. We were examining the piece and when we move the Sleeve hook and we saw a removed engraving mark. We added photo to show our clients.. There are few light scuff/scratches and marks that show in the photos. The mechanism works perfectly. Refill is standard P 900 MSleeve hook and top cup made of metal.
